ipad2 loading photos from a PC

What is the best way to get photos from my PC to my Ipad? The photos are in folders on the PC.

  1. iTunes - instructions are with iPad user guide (copy probably on your iPad).
  2. Dropbox or something similar
  3. Buy the camera connection kit, transfer photos to sd card and then import to iPad
