Hello my system is Compaq evo. 1gb sdram 40 GB hard disk GHz Intel processor with 256 cache speed ...........plz tell me can i upgrade processor more if yes so how much..............my motherboard is i845.......

The last Evo-branded models were released in 2003

You will not now be able to get an upgrade CPU, things move too fast. it should be used as is. You would need to know what the Motherboard would support in CPU, and most likely place for a CPU would be a Computer Fair and pick up a SECOND HAND ONE
