Runtime error of PDF file

My computer is a Dell Vostro460 Windows7 Professional. I went to RBWM website and finally navigated to Blue Badge download application form On clicking Application Form the PDF file appears with a WINDOW which says Runtime Error Program: C:\Program Files\Internet Explrer\iexplore.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information OK On clicking OK 1st time, the page reloads with exactly the same Window. Thus i am unable to Download the form. The same happens when i go to the DVLA Diabetes medical site, the PDF file appearing with the same window! Please help me. JR Cordeiro
