Hi all,

I am looking to buy a new laptop, I have ~£600 to spend. I will use the laptop for all the normal stuff (web browsing, MS Office etc) and also want to have Blu-Ray and HD graphics capability.

My search so far has led me to the following laptops:

1. 4. Another option I saw was Lenovo Z580 (Here)

The main things I am looking for are:

Future proofed as possible - e.g. lots of memory, decent processor etc Strong graphics - e.g. good screen, dedicated graphics card, Blu-Ray player etc

We will use it effectively as a desktop replacement, so no need for it to be tiny; we'd be fine with a 15"-17" screen size.

Out of these 4, I am currently tempted by the Samsung, but I am not sure about the following:

• Intel Core i5 or i7 processor (I have only looked at the i7s so far).
• Graphics card - how good are the ones I have picked
• Screens - how much of a difference will the screen itself make and are there any thoughts on which are good?

I am open for views on any of the above or any further suggestions!
