ccleaner not asking permission to run

Version 3.21.1767 has stopped asking permission to run on w7..is this correct?

oops ! it appears to be an option in Advanced settings which I've not previously spotted.

not sure if its new with this version...teach me to read the update notes in future.

awest3 , not new but someone must have ticked the setting box?
