When laptop starts it gives me the choice of vist or windows 7

Hi. I don't want this to come up when I start the laptop, I want it just to go to windows 7, is there a way?

If you don't run two OSs and just want to delete an old boot loader then have a look here. Make sure you select the correct boot loader so use with caution.
