Unable to sign in to PCA today using Firefox or IE9.

With the lack of posts I take it there must be a few others,

Had to open a new account to get on here.

We're trying to work out what caused this morning's Error fest.

Apologies to all, and thanks again for your patience.

If you keep PCA signed in at all times it worked as usual. It was just if you had to sign in was the problem.

Be patient as I think the tech boys went back to their day job at NatWest so you might have to wait for things to be sorted or not,as the case may be.

Just as well I kept IE9 signed in as I cannot get Firefox to sign in now.

Will go do a bit of shopping and it may be Ok bythe time I get back.

I was going to pop into the NatWest today but I think they are still having problems as well.

buteman - I remain signed in or try to but have experienced the error message numerous times in the last 24 hours and I am still getting it. Don't think that it is a sign in problem.

Was not a good idea switching the computers off to go down town.

Came back and could not get on using.IE9 or Firefox.

Just tried again and got my profile using Firefox and pressed submit and managed to get back on.

Still can't get on using IE9.
