dvd+rw versus -rw which do I choose ?

Hello I am sure this question has been asked many times,but could some one please inform me of the difference between dvd+rw and dvd-rw Thank you gel

No DVD regardless of format is a reliable backup RW's in fact can be slightly worse than just - or + R
