Two monitors - can it be done?

I am using the onboard graphics on a ASUS P8H61-M LE series motherboard.
Is it possible to use one monitor on the DVI input and plug another into the VGA socket - to run them both at the same time.
Many thanks

You don't state your CPU but you can try it. If it doesn't work then the CPU doesn't have a GPU integrated, just the mobo.

As to the i5 3075k this is what I found,
The Core i5 3570K gets the full fat HD Graphics 4000 core, so that means 16 execution units where the old 2550K had just 12. Each unit gets an upgrade too, with more processing power and an upgrade from DX10 to DX11 support.
From here.
Check your motherboard specification if it also has a GPU chip. Check your Bios to enable onboard graphics even if you have a dedicated CPU GPU.
If you follow my reasoning. Difficult at the best of times I know.......

Hi
I will check BIOS tomorrow - but I guess I will not be doing any harm if I just plug the second monitor in and try it then??
Thanks for your help so far.
