having problems with the above having tripped out during short power cut yesterday the two always on sockets are o.k. but the other six switchable are not there should be a reset button on the top next to the power cable but it does exist

Is the remote switched on? and set to correct channel?

reset button is just above lower green LED.

Pleased to report after contacting belkin support that they will be sending a new replacement through it three years since purchasing this product well done belkin
