Windows virtual firewall scam- best way to remove

Windows Virtual Firewall scam,

My daughters machine has been got at by this one.

So far it has resisted all attempts to get rid

Malaware Bytes CCleaner several listed on the Google page

So far it has resisted them all

Any further suggestions welcome

Try a System Restore in Safe Mode, back to before this started.

Just tried to post that using copy and paste and as usual it would not post.I presume it was treating it as spam as usual.

Have we got to use the Hyperlink to post anything now.
