I have by mistake copied copied about 300 files to My Documents. These files are in two blocks either side of the files in My Documents that I wish to keep.Is there way I can highlight these two blocks of files in order to delete them without highlighting the files I want to keep.

Hold down the shift key whilst highlighting the first then last file, which will highlight the lot, right click any of those files and click delete.

Thanks very much tullie. Thats just what I wanted. It would have taken me forever to delete thhose files individually, the way I was doing it.
