One of my flock -a very experienced one is having loads trouble getting a operating system loaded onto a formatted drive.
This is he has done many times before with all the Win variants over the years
This time he is being balked at every turn.
F disk has been tried
An old Win start uo disk has been used
Currently the os cd loads files upto a point and then comes up with the messge 'no cd driver found' But of course the disk is loading stuff so why the message?

It seems to be something to do with the SATA/IDE config in the BIOS ClickHere might yield more info to try.
