Babylon is malware IMHO. Go into Add/Remove programs and delete it. (In Win7 Its Programs by the way.. Download Malwarebytes from Malwarebytes Download and run the quick scan - delete all it finds.

Then go into Google Chrome settings and check the your home page is something other than Babylon and that it is removed from the search providers.
