Google Chrome web Browser not working properly

Why does it keep saying Your profile could not be Opened correctly, i have tried to log in but it does not like me, i have tried many times to log in, Nutty norm

Uninstall Chrome and reinstall. First option. I have a customer with the same problem and it seems to have done the trick.
