My OS is XP Prof'.When attempting to print off a file contained with "MY DOCUMENTS" I now get a window up entitled "Save The File As" with "My Documents" in the Save In window and *.xps in the File Name window.I don't understand what has happened.I haven't knowingly input any changes to my programmes, files or folders. Can anybody advise me what has happened and how can I print from the files in MY DOCUMENTS?

It seems that your default printer has changed to Microsoft XPS Document Writer. You need to go into Control Panel or Devices and Printers and change the default back to your regular installed printer.
