Flip a picture in Word 2003

Trying to flip horizontally a picture of a map. Tried right-clicking on picture but can't get into the required toolbar. I am using Word 2003 and Windows XP Pro. Any help please?

You could use Paint, Gimp or Irfanview to flip the image then copy it back over to Word.
