Not Responding Browser & slow tab change issue!

Hi

When i have a few tabs open in my Firefox browser & i'm streaming or something similar & i want to switch tabs, it takes ages for the other tab to open.

I get the 'Firefox Not Responding' at the top of the screen & a noise that sounds like my pc is trying but failing to do the task!

Sometimes i have to close the browser & start again & the browser kinda peels slowly down the screen & all my dasktop icons flicker!!

Help appreciated!

Also, my pc makes the noises that kinda sound like it can't keep up! Maybe a disk thing?

This may be due to your Operating system and Updates as I use XP on all my comps and have browser problems after getting updates over last few months
