Increasing partition size

I have an HP Presario C700 running Vista Home Premium 32bit. The disk has 2 partitions: Local Disk (C:) 96.6GB free of 137GB, and PRESARIO_RP (D:) 2.13MB free of 11.4GB. On startup I get a message "Low Disk Space clean up to free space". The partition is showing 3 file folders - N360 BACKUP 2.06GB, RECOVERY 2.73MB, and BOOTSECT 8KB. I am puzzled as this does not add up to anything like 11.4GB, and i cannot find any other files. I tried to increase the size of the partition but I do not have the EXPAND option, only reduce or delete. Any ideas on what I can try? Many thanks.

Looks like you run Norton for security? If so then looks like their system is backing up something to your recovery partition. Contact Norton as soon as.
