Internet Explorer 9 problem.

Periodically, when I return to the IE homepage, I receive a message that Internet Explorer has stopped working. To elbow it back into business I have to refresh the page. Bit annoying! Anybody know a solution? Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. Used your link and have run the Microsoft diagnostic check and it shows I have no IE problems!

Try disabling a few add-ons and see if the problem occurs. If not enable those and try another couple. Process of elimination. Also check your Java is up to date.

rdave13. Thanks for your suggestions. I checked Java first and you were spot on. I didn't have an up-to date version. Bit odd as I normally receive notification from them of any updates available! Hopefully this will sort out my IE problem. Will leave this unresolved meantime. Thanks again.
