Where do I find the IP address for my epson RX620 printer.

I have windows 7 on a desktop connected through a Netgear DG834G v2 router, with the printer connected by USB, it works wirelessly, with my laptop and and now I want use it wirelessly with my iMac which asks for the IP address of the printer, I have looked everywhere but I cannot find it. While I still have most of my hair and my sanity can anyone tell me exactly how to find this IP address please.

1.Make sure you get the correct Windows PC's IP address because if you don't fix/reserve it in the router,it may change next time you boot it up.

2.Double check the printer's name & shared name are the same on the windows desktop e.g. RX620 & input it on the Name box(i.e. instead of the IP address this time.)

3.In Print & Scan, highlight the newly added RX620 & click the (-) sign to delete it & reinstall the printer with Gutenprint driver from the beginning e.g. clicking the (+) sign to add printer.

4.After printer installation, check that in Print & Scan you have both printer RX620 icon on the left panel as well as in the middle with description as :

Location:

Kind: Epson Stylus photo RX620- CUPS+Gutenprint v5.2.8

Status: Idle

5.Test the printer.

The settings are exactly as you said they should be and I have successfully printed a test page and a document.

I would like to say a really big thank you for all your help and patience, I was on the point of giving up.

Thanks again,

Regards,

Sapins.
