Gmail Drive and missing content

Google Drive contents on Desktop folder do not appear on Google Drive in the Gmail browser.

I can access all contents from my desktop folder and from the app on my andriod phone but when I log into Gmail and look into the Drive, nothing is there?

Any ideas?
