w7 and cmd box

Hi, When w7 starts a cmd box appears,there no test in the box,just the route in the top left of the box system32 etc ect Any ideas please

What is it trying to run? (filename)

You might be able to Srart Search/Run msconfig and switch it off, if unimportant.

Have a look in msconfig>startup see if it's listed there if so remove the check from the box.
