When printing 4x6 photo prints with this canon machine there is content missing from the top and bottom of the photos in landscape view. I've searched the manual but can't find anything that explains this. Has anyone else experienced this?

I don't have a Canon printer but it appears that you may have the incorrect size paper selected - go to Devices and Printers and right click on your printer - select Printing Preferences - you should then have a Tab that says Paper/Quality (or similar) then Paper Options Size is: - from the drop down list select your size of photo paper (or use Custom Box)

Printing Preferences are much the same for all printers.
