Of course it does and you will get the updates eventually.

I do it manually so that I can check what I want or not want and I do not have windows updates scanning for updates many times a day interfering with CPU outage.

Updates come every 2nd Tuesday of every month so not a hard job doing it manually.

Basically showing the updates like that are for those that like to do it manually and might not have remembered it was update time.Everyone has there own way of working things,

Some do it manually and some do it automatically it is up to the individual what they want to do.

I like to know when they are coming out. I always forget. And a good reminder for a full backup.

I declined Bing Desktop optional install. Anyone got a good word for it?

All updates now safely in here. Boy are they slow though.
