how do i copy in vista

A friend has a vista machine and i want to copy files from a usb stick to a folder in the D drive. HOW Thanks

Insert THE USb stick, open it using Windows Explorer (it may well open automagically), navigate to the file you want to copy, right click on it, click 'copy'. Then navigate to the folder you want to copy to on the D drive, right click on a blank area of the part of the screen showing the directory, then click 'paste'.
