Plugin needed to view website

I'm trying to help someone who's having problems viewing video content on a website. It says a missing plugin is required. So far I've not managed to get it to work on an XP and Windows 7 pc. I've updated the Flash and Java plugins but it has not made a difference. It's a Chinese website but here's a direct link to one of the videos:

Probably not the correct answer, but you might need to find a Chinese translation plug-in before being able to view the contents?.
