mp4 movie file has got no sound

Hi I have a toshiba satelite c660 laptop . I downloaded a mp4 movie file using a one click torrent I can see the film but there is no sound. In the corner is a box and when I hover over it , it says network too busy to play file at original quality . What does this mean ? and what can I do to get the sound ? I am using windows 7 and it is playing through windows media player

I would apreciate any suggestions
