Finding Help in Office 2007

I have Office 2007 and in this Word version there appears to be no conventional toolbar showing a Help tab. Specifically I can't find how you remove tabs. Can anyone advise please? Particularly the lack of the Help tab. I have a W7 64 bit PC.

Don't think that you can fundamentally change the ribbon (tabs).

press F1 on your keyboard and Help opens in a new window. Note: they have done away with the 'type a question' office assistant.

I forgot to say, if you want to click to open Help then click on the blue circle with the white ? in, at the top right, under the X.
