Cant find DVD player driver

Hi
There seems to be problem with the registry file for the driver, i've tried uninstalling the driver and letting windows search for a new driver.
though it just says there was a problem installing & it just dont install, i get the following mesaage.Hardware and Devices Publisher details

I've tried the toshiba site but the only dvd driver available is for the 32bit version, i have a good through the download section & the rest of the site and i just keep hitting brick walls.
I'm using windows 7 64bit
My laptop is a Toshiba notebook satellite c660-180c
Please help

W7 will not let you install an unsigned driver
There is an option to allow unsigned drivers to be installed.
This is in the last tab page under advanced settings for your current Windows 7 64-bit boot option.
then Use device manager to install the driver.

Thanks for replying, please can you tell me how i can navigate to Windows 7 64-bit boot option.
