Hotmail send email via Contacts List

Please can someone explain,or point me to a tutorial how to send an email using Hotmail to a few people by means of using my "Contacts" folder,rather than typing them one at once into the address bar,then I would like to send them bcc.

Use Bcc if you don't want all of the people to see everyone else's email addresses, and don't forget Hotmail like most ISPs has a limit on the number of people you cab send the same mail to - no I don't know what it is but abot 30 should be OK.
