Bit Defender problem

I was told yesterday by the above people, that i had to use http://goo.gl /TUXX as an uninstall tool to remove any Mcafee products.

I cannot evn find this on the web. I was then told to install Bit Defender using http://goo.gl/9Vazy. I cannot find this either i have sent several e mails to them but have had no replies.

Can you help?

Your first link is incorrect. The second link comes back to this page but Internet explorer asks to download Bit Defender. Check on your first link again as I'm sure it will be a download for a removal tool.
