where to find cookies and cache

I have been advised to clear out my cookies and cache. Where do i find them please.

Just blindly clearing cookies can be a problem ie you might find you then have to sign in to sites you normally stay permanently signeed into .Try using Ccleaner its free youcan then save any required cookies and just clear cookies whenever you want they wil be untouched
