GOOGLE MAPS

i AM STILL HAVING PROBLEMS WITH GOOGLE MAPS WHEN I LOG IN TO GOOGLE AND TRY TO LOAD A MAP ALL THAT IS THERE IS RED CROSSES AND THE MAPS WILL NOT LOAD ANY IDEAS PLEASE

Are you using Internet Explorer & if so what version or do you use Firefox or Chrome ? Have you got Java installed and have the latest version ? Is java enabled on your browser ?

I am using internet explorer and have downloaded all new java updates but still no maps or imagies any more ideas please.

A bit more of your system info needed:

What Op Sys? (xp,vista,w7?)

Is pc upto date with Windows Updates?

Version of IE? (IE8,IE9?)

Have you done the steps in http://www.java.com/en/download/help/redximage.xml

Have you enabled Java in IE? http://support.google.com/maps/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=21849

Why not install Firefox, install Java for Firefox, make Firefox your default browser and see what happens when you run Google Earth again.
