Hi, got a Canon Pixma 3300, it's been fine until this morning when it suddenly started blowing fuses, new fuse, hit the power button, brief green light then nothing. Any ideas out there, thanks.

It is obviously drawing an excess of current. There could be a short within it or something like the motor seized, in either case you should not use it but either get it repaired by a competent organisation or replace it - given the price of printers the latter is likely to be more cost effective.
