ccleaner settings

when using ccleaner is there anything that is not ticked in the settings that can be ticked that arent ticked as standard?? thanks

I have left it on default settings. If you want to keep ,eg, Google Earth searches, just untick it in the applications tab.

just thought id ask as i might be missing out on cleaning something that is of no use thats just sitting there...my settings are as standard also..thanks john
