Sent images - some they get some they dont

Sending groups of images to folk via the 'Forward' route. some they get and with others they get the inevitable 'Frame' and cannot open message

Whay is this?

Could it be a function of the size of the attachments, with their ISP rejecting attachments that are too large?

Or they could have the 'Block images and other external content in HTML e-mail' box ticked in their email clients on their pcs but not on Webmail that they view via their browser. (the above is in Outlook Express > Tools > Options > Security)
