Add/Remove or Programs and Features. Just make sure it is disabled as an add-on or plug-in in your browsers first.

Have you followed the steps on ClickHere ? If you have and are still having problems, post back and say what, and which browser you use as your default.

Ask can be a real problem, and this is how I managed to get rid of it http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/forums/1/helproom/4132710/removing-ask-screen-that-overrides-firefox/
