saving audio from video on youtube

Hi,

Windows 7 home edition 64 bit. What is the best free software to use to save audio from a youtube video? I guess as mp3 format or similair for use on a regular mp3 player.

If it is just an occassional sound track you want to capture, you could try using this website listentoyoutube. No software to install - you provide the youtube link to the site, the site goes off and extracts the soundtrack into mp3 format and then provides a link for you to download the mp3.
