When I access Amazon for details about books, external hard drives and other items, there are some very annoying pop-ups(detailing similar products that I am looking at)that continually keep appearing at the bottom third of the screen. Please please tell me how I can stop these pop-ups appearing.

If using IE check to see if the pop-up blocker is enabled. Select tools from the command bar then pop-up blocker. To enable the command bar right click on the main toolbar and tick the box.

Are these recommendations for similar products supplied by Amazon? If so log in to your account and change your preferences in Settings and Personalisation. This should see most of them go away.
