Windows - Virtual memory minimum too low

Windows - Virtual memory minimum too low. I keep getting the above warning message on my Dell Latitude D505 laptop running on Windows XP Professional. I have done a reload of the operating system and reloaded all drivers etc offered by Dell for this machine. Any suggestions, please.

Have a look here and try letting MS fix it. Low virtual memory

Thanks, John. I've had a look at the MS link and seen the instruction on how to fix the problem. I'm not currently working on my laptop at the moment but will give it a go shortly. Many thanks for your prompt reply.
