I recently purchased bit defender total security 2012. Until I installed this I was able to back up automatically each week, the same day as the above was installed back up failed. I have disabled the virus scan etc as recommened by bit defender, still no joy. It is now coming up with 0x80780119 error code. I do have more than enough space for backing up. can anyone help?

Copy and paste the error code into Google and you will find the answer there.

Error code:(0x80780119) there is not enough space to create the volume shadow copy in the storage location

is this what your getting?
