SSD to defrag or not?

I have no experience of SSD drives, should I set Acronis Diskeeper to defrag automatically or leave it alone. 240Gb SSD set as C:

I believe the advise with SSD is NOT to defrag and they automaticly read every part or the drive evenly and defragging upsets the in-built system
