Converting pdf to word

I have just converted a pdf document to word using http://convertpdftoword.net/, recommended in this forum. I have saved the resulting file in my lulu.com folder. The document contains 240 pages of text and images in a 'Royal' page-size. It looks fine, except that every line appears to be in a 'box' of text. What is that all about? I notice, also, that an 'underline' has moved and I can't correct it. Has anyone used this program? I am wondering if I should purchase the AdobeExport pdf for about £16?

Many thanks. The SmartSoft one looks good if the one I am trying doesn't work. But it seems to - except for the dotted-line 'text box' around each line. Does no-one know why it is there?
