My computer has sent a few off recently. Today i had a phone call from a man asking me to turn on my computer so that he could solve this problem which he apparently knew about. I did not take up his offer but he gave me a number to ring him back when I was ready to deal with it - 1800 001 0011. He said that he was from Microsoft. Does anyone know if this is a genuine Microsoft number? I know that 1800 numbers are toll free within the US but I am in the uk.
