I have a Dell dimension 5100 xp sp3.Running ok but when I put a dvd in the drive i get an error message saying the TV port is closed on my graphics card, and it wont play the disc.I dont have a graphics card as the graphics are onboard , I presume on the mother board.I cant even find anything to do with the graphics on sys info. I am really lost as to what to do to fix this. Any ideas would be much appreciated. I really dont have too much knowledge so please be gentle...

What kind of DVD?
