MAC OS for lenovo cannot be installed in my lenovo

Is there any way to install Mac OS 10 for lenovo in my Z470 laptop. When booted in says only former models can only be installed.

Have a look here http://tinyurl.com/ckmo7bq , it gives you the link to a modified version of OS x to download for that model .
