my hotmail address book been accessed and mis-used

My hotmail contact list has been accessed via a rogue e-mail disguised as coming from a trusted family member. It is sending out messages in my name, often with the subject of "woow" and "amazing" etc and asking you to click on a message to view the pictures or video. You then get the official looking MSN log in site for your password to log in, as if your PC has temporarily had a glitch.
How can I cure this and eliminate any dangers.
Many thanks

Look in Contacts and see if there is one there that you don't recognize and delete it.
Change your password.
