What website is giving you the problem? I had an issue loading websites before, but my own problem turned out to be attempting to connect to a cheap router with a rather poor signal. The only other web issues Ive had are when a website replies on java, and java is disabled in the browser menu.
If your router or connection is working 100% and if only one or two search engines results are playing up-perhaps its the websites own problem they need to fix themselves. Most likely to happen on lesser known search engines. Perhaps your firewall or browser related internet security is blocking certain websites from working 100%, eg not allowing Internet Explorer full net access. I would check all firewall and protective security settings, especially anything able to block specific websites.
As a last resort, I would probably try those same problematic sites using another browser.
Try firefox http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/fx/ or opera http://www.opera.com/download/
