This A3 colour printer, approx 4 weeks old, has stopped working - all it will do is refresh the inks over and over again. Curry's, where it was purchased, refer me to Canon, and Curry's refer me to Canon. The printer was also somewhat erratic before it stopped altogether. I used the trouble-shooter option, but that did not work, either. I know it's a fairly cheap printer, but surely it should last longer than a month? And just to add to the general mayhem, the receipt, in cash, has disappeared. Maybe I should give up computers altogether......

If your printer is faulty and you bought it from Curry's then Curry's is obliged in law to sort the problem. It has nothing to do with Canon.
